All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch and offer you the option to confirm or cancel. An order is confirmed only when we send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (fraud, stock issues, region restrictions).

If you subscribe, we charge your saved payment method on each renewal date and ship automatically. You can pause, skip, or cancel from your account at any time before the next renewal - no fees, no calls, no scripts.

See our Shipping page for rates, regions, and timelines. Once a courier accepts the parcel, delivery times are their estimate. We're not liable for courier delays outside our control, but we'll help chase any parcel stuck in transit - email support@getcrav.com.

For food-safety reasons, we do not accept returns on consumable products. If your order arrives damaged, expired, or wrong, we'll replace it. See the full Returns policy.

Don't scrape the site, abuse our APIs, resell our products without written permission, or impersonate CRAV. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

The CRAV name, logo, packaging design, and all site content are the property of CRAV Consumer Brands. You may not use them commercially without written permission.

Always read the ingredient list before consuming. Our bars contain peanuts, tree nuts (hazelnuts), and dairy. If you have an allergy or medical condition, consult your doctor before consumption. CRAV is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or for matters that cannot be limited under law.

We may update these terms. We'll post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be emailed to active customers.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Madhya Pradesh.
