What we collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect: your name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone number, and order history. When you browse, our hosting and analytics partners collect anonymous device data (browser, OS, approximate region) to keep the site fast and secure.
Payments are handled by our payment processor (Razorpay / Stripe / Shopify Payments). We never see or store your full card number.

Your rights
You can ask us at any time to: see the data we hold on you, correct it, export it, or delete it. Email support@getcrav.com and we will action your request within 7 working days.
Retention
Order records are kept for 7 years as required by Indian tax law. Account data is kept while your account is active. Marketing data is deleted on unsubscribe.
