[ POLICY ]
We do not accept returns of opened or unopened CRAV products. Food safety laws and our own quality standards do not allow us to re-sell items that have left our controlled storage. Please do not ship parcels back to us - they cannot be processed.
When we WILL replace or refund
- - Your parcel arrives damaged (crushed, torn, leaking).
- - A bar arrives expired or with less than 30 days shelf life.
- - You receive the wrong item or wrong quantity.
- - A bar fails our Taste Guarantee - you genuinely don't like it on first try.
How to claim
- Email support@getcrav.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Subject line:
CLAIM #ORDER-XXXX - Attach 2 clear photos: the parcel exterior + the issue (damage, label, etc).
- We respond within 24 hours, Mon–Sat.
Resolution
Once approved, you choose: a free re-shipment of the affected items, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds reach your account in 5–7 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel a prepaid order for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once the parcel is handed to the courier, it cannot be recalled and the no-returns policy applies.
Subscriptions
A renewal can be skipped or cancelled any time before the renewal date. If a renewal has already been billed and dispatched, it is treated as a normal order under this policy.
